Building Block Insurance PCC Limited (“BBI”) is a cell company authorized under the Insurance Business Act 1998 to carry on general insurance business and is regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

BBI hereby gives formal notice that, pursuant to Article 39 of the Insurance Business Act (Cap 403), the Company has notified the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) of its intention to wholly cease carrying on all classes of general insurance business for which it is licensed.

This cessation will take effect on 31 December 2027 or upon the release of all liabilities of the Company, whichever occurs first.BBI remains committed to discharging all obligations under the Act and will continue to be regulated and supervised by the MFSA until such obligations are fully discharged.
